When do I pay for the remainder of my session?
There’s a $50 fee to hold your date, which goes towards the session fee. You can pay that via PayPal or mail a check.
The remainder of the balance can be paid before the session via PayPal, or you can pay at the session. I take cash, check, and credit card.
What about bad weather?
I am always checking the forecast as your session approaches. Thankfully it’s usually beautiful and sunny outside. On the off chance it’s rainy, super windy, really dark or overcast I’ll contact you the day before or day of to come up with a plan depending on what exactly the weather is doing. Sometimes I’ll reschedule, I’ll shoot in crazy weather, move the time up a little earlier, etc. But I always work out the best possible solution with the client.
What time should I arrive?
As soon as we choose a location, I’ll send you the specifics about what time to arrive. I’m typically there early, and as soon as you arrive we’ll begin shooting!
How many photos are there after the session?
For the mini session, which is 20 minutes, you’ll receive 10+ images.
For the basic session, which is up to 1 hour, you’ll receive 30+ images.
For the extended session, which is up to 2 hours, you’ll receive 55+ images.
How long after the session until I can view my photos?
It takes 2-3 weeks for your photos to be perfect and ready for viewing/ordering. During that time I usually post a sneak peek because I know how hard it can be during that waiting period!
After the session, what happens?
I’ll narrow down your images to the best ones (take out ones where people are blinking or getting my lighting set up, etc). Then spend lots of time editing the photos so they’re perfect for you to enjoy! As soon as I’m done editing I then upload them to an online gallery where you can view the photos and order prints. I’ll also mail you a USB with the images along with a print release. You can load and save all the images on your computer, share your images with friends and family or online, and you can order prints wherever you choose!
